Silicone cupping for face and body. Eight cups, five sizes, one practice rooted in 3,000 years of Traditional Chinese Medicine. For lymphatic drainage, cellulite, and sculpting — without the bruising or the fire of traditional glass cupping.

The smaller cups for the face — cheekbones, jaw, the orbital bone. The larger cups for the body — thighs, glutes, lower back, abdomen. Squeeze, place, release. Suction does the work.

The science behind the cup

Cupping creates negative pressure on the tissue, drawing blood to the surface and stimulating lymphatic flow underneath. The result is increased circulation, softened fascia, reduced inflammation, and visible de-puffing. Silicone removes the burn risk of traditional glass cupping while preserving the therapeutic mechanism.

The practice, in three movements

i.

Apply oil generously to the area. The cup needs slip.

ii.

Squeeze the cup, place on the skin, release to create suction. Glide.

iii.

Move in one direction toward lymph nodes. Don't leave a cup stationary for more than 30 seconds on the face.

Questions, answered

Will it bruise me?

Not if you keep the cup moving. Stationary cupping (leaving a cup in place for 5–10 minutes) creates the classic round marks. Gliding cupping — the method this kit is built for — lifts and drains without bruising. Especially on the face: always keep moving.

Cellulite, really?

Cupping is the most studied non-clinical intervention for cellulite appearance. Consistent practice (3–4 sessions per week, 10 minutes per area) softens fascia adhesions and improves circulation — the two structural causes of dimpling. Results are gradual.

Face and body, or just one?

Both — the cups are sized for each. Smaller cups for cheekbones and jaw; larger cups for thighs, glutes, abdomen, and back.

How is this different from a gua sha?

Gua sha presses tissue inward; cupping pulls tissue outward. Both stimulate lymph, both increase circulation, both honor TCM tradition. They complement each other — cup to lift, scrape to drain.

Is it safe for sensitive bodies?

Light pressure if sensitive. Avoid over varicose veins, broken skin, fresh injury, or during pregnancy. Stop if you feel sharp pain.
