You can cancel a booked holistic session by logging into your account on our website, using the VIE HEALING app, or by contacting us directly. Please take note of our late cancellation policy. We kindly request a minimum of 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Last-minute cancellations will incur a 50% charge to compensate our staff.
In the event that you miss your appointment or arrive 15 minutes past the scheduled start time, the session will be automatically canceled, and the full price will be charged to the credit card on file. We recommend arriving on time or even a little early to enjoy the full benefits of your session.

At VIE HEALING, we aim to create a tranquil and distraction-free environment for all our clients. While we do permit cell phones in our boutique, we kindly request that phones be turned off or switched to silent mode upon check-in.
For items purchased in our boutique, we accept returns for items in their original condition (unused, undamaged, and unopened in the original packaging) within seven days of purchase. All items purchased in the boutique are eligible for return or exchange only at the location where they were purchased. If you've purchased items online through the VIE HEALING website, we accept returns for items in their original condition provided you obtain a return authorization number. To request a return authorization number, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. The number should be clearly written on the outside of the box. Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping charge is nonrefundable.
