Do I need acupuncture experience to use these?

How long until I feel something?

Why 24K gold specifically?
Each seed is a 24K gold-plated magnet — the gold surface is hypoallergenic and allergy-tested for sensitive skin, and the magnet adds soft, continuous pressure.
