Will it hurt?
The first minute is intense. By minute two, the body adapts and the sensation shifts from sharp to warm. If it's too much, place a thin shirt between your skin and the mat.
How long should I use it?
10–20 minutes daily for stress relief and circulation. 20–30 minutes for chronic tension or back pain. Many use it before sleep — the body comes off the mat regulated and ready to rest.
What's it made of?
