Questions, answered
Face roller or gua sha?
Roller is gentler, more meditative — ideal for daily evening practice. Gua sha is more sculpting, more lifting — for the visible results. Many use both: roller nightly, gua sha 2–3 times a week.
Cold roller or room temperature?
Both work. Cold (refrigerated) for de-puffing and tired eyes. Room temperature for relaxation and grounding. Jade holds either temperature longer than amethyst or rose quartz.
How is it different from the Amethyst Roller?
Jade is the traditional TCM stone — warming, grounding, for everyday use. Amethyst is more crystalline, slightly cooler, associated with the Crown chakra and the upper meridians. Both work the same way; the stone changes the practice.
How often should I use it?
Daily, evening. 3–5 minutes is plenty. The face responds to consistency.
How do I clean it?
Wipe with a damp cloth and gentle soap after each use. Avoid submerging the metal hardware. Store in the velvet pouch.
