The Shroom: VYBRA Vibration Attachment for Lymphatic Drainage and Tension
Acupressure, like acupuncture, but without the needles.
As seen in
Vogue · Allure · Harper's Bazaar
Vibration therapy for lymphatic drainage, sore muscles, jaw tension, and the deep release the body's been waiting for. The Shroom is the silicone VYBRA attachment with a wide, soft head — designed for the broader holding the body carries.
For the jaw at the end of the day. For the lymph that hasn't moved since travel. For the cycle. For the puffy morning. Slow, soft, full-coverage release.
The science behind the silicone
The Shroom's wide silicone head distributes vibration across a broad area — stimulating lymphatic flow, softening fascia, and quieting the sympathetic nervous system. Used along TCM meridian lines, it becomes acupressure with depth: releasing what stretching alone can't reach, moving the lymph that holding postures can't shift.
The practice, in three movements
Press the Shroom softly against the area. Choose your setting.
Glide slowly along the lymphatic line or muscle group for 2–5 minutes.
Pair with The Enoki for pinpoint follow-up, or AcuBody for sustained release.

Questions, answered
How is The Shroom different from The Fig and The Enoki?
The Shroom has the softest, widest head — designed for lymphatic work and broad release. The Fig is a handheld for body massage. The Enoki is the pinpoint trigger-point tool. The VYBRA system is built to use them together.
Where on the body do I use it?
Jaw, neck, decolletage, underarm lymph nodes, abdomen for digestion, inner thighs for circulation, calves for fluid. Move slowly, with light pressure. The lymph responds to softness, not force.
How long should each session be?
5–15 minutes is enough for most. The lymphatic system responds to consistency over intensity — daily, gentle work outperforms occasional aggressive sessions.
Best used before or after workouts?
Both. Before to warm fascia and increase circulation. After to encourage lymph drainage, reduce DOMS, and quiet the nervous system before recovery.
Is it safe for sensitive bodies?
Yes. Start at the lowest setting. Avoid during pregnancy without practitioner guidance. Not for use over varicose veins, recent surgery, active inflammation, or directly over the front of the throat.
